Scalene Stretch

  1. Stand or sit with your arms hanging down at your side.
  2. Place your hand behind the back and grasp your left wrist with your right hand.
  3. Now push your left arm down tilt your head to the right side until you feel a light scratch on your neck.
  4. Hold this stretch for at least 15 to 20 seconds.
  5. Repeat this stretch three times a day on each side.

Shoulder Extension

Follow these steps:

  1. Make a perfect posture by straightening up your body.
  2. Pull your shoulder and push your neck forward in alignment.
  3. Hold this position for about 5 seconds and feel the stretch about your neck.
  4. Now slowly return to the original position.
